• Bono's became a mail order facility only in May of 2005. This change allows us to use our time more effectively which in turn enables us to serve you, our client, better. See our hours page for more information.
• We ask that before you contact us that you take some time to acquaint yourself with our services, prices and our updated policies pages.  We will expect you to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to our policies if you send your project our way.
• We do not give prices over the phone because we would rather be working on our client projects and on R & D activities that will bring you better and innovative services. Our prices are available directly on the website. Follow the navigation boxes above or visit the Site Map for a specific service. An overview of our services is posted on the main pricing page. We welcome follow-up emails to clarify your questions. We are happy to email a written estimate based on specifications that you include in your inquiry. (see below)
• If you have technical questions or wish to receive an estimate for an involved project, please e-mail us. We will do our best to answer your questions in a timely fashion. Try to provide us with all pertinent details to expedite our response back to you. If you have a home movie collection, sending us a digital photo of the reels is a big help if we are preparing an estimate for you.
• If you are looking for our high definition and interformat services visit our technical initiatives division Bonolabs. Please take the time to explore and study either or both sites.
• You will find order forms tailored to the different types of work that people send our way.  Acrobat Reader 5.0 or above is required to fill out our order forms. Please update your Reader by clicking on the Adobe logo. Please do not tell us our forms do not work if you have an out-of-date Acrobat Reader. Thanks.
