Mission Statement

We aspire to be the best and most forward-looking film lab and post-production facility in the country. This 44-year-old company has an awesome reputation for customer service and excellent production that we are determined to preserve. We are out to prove that small is better and that thinking/working smarter is the key. Dreams are important. Our clients come with visions that we are helping them fulfill. We have to have our own dreams too – that we are successful, that we are forging new territory, that we are growing and - most of the time – having fun! There is also an educational function to provide to our customers – whether he or she is a seasoned archival or commercial professional, klutzy desperate student, client with treasured home movies or a young independent wannabe.

CORE VALUES

We are committed to:

·         excellence

·         honesty

·         exemplary customer service

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If we make a mistake we will admit it, apologize, and find a way to make it right.

We aim to maintain the highest standards of performance and good cheer.  A rush mentality is not compatible with either standard.

We strive for optimal communication amongst ourselves and with our clients.

Knowledge IS power (for us and for our clients); therefore, we are committed to training for our employees. It is the company’s responsibility to keep up-to-date on industry standards, to keep employees informed and trained, and to provide relevant outreach to our customers.

We value initiative, creative problem solving, loyalty, and dedication within our staff.

There is certain “potential” work out there that we will not accept. No content should embarrass our employees or tarnish our reputation.  No pornography.  No sexually explicit material. No content promoting violence or hate that runs counter to our Christian and ethical values. We will not debate the merits of your material if it crosses our line. If and when material is encountered that contains obscene, pornographic, "cult-ish,"  demonic, or senseless gratuitous violent scenes, all work will cease and the client will be responsible for all work that has been performed to-date on the project.

See our Policies Page for how our values are translated into actions.
