Background:  Maintenance of outdated communication technology is in general unacceptable to us. Facsimile technology is out of date.  Manual fax transmissions are very difficult to read because they are dependent on the quality and condition of the fax equipment on both the sender and recipient ends. Fax transmissions also lose definition with each additional generation. (Similar to what happens with each succeeding generation in analog tape duplication.) When unreadable faxes come in, unnecessary follow-up time is spent to clarify the information. Since the majority of our clients prefer to correspond via e-mail we can no longer justify the expense of keeping that flawed channel of communication open.

• Forms can be scanned and saved as PDF, TIFF, or JPEG files and attached to an e-mail to the appropriate mail box.
• If you have an electronic version of a National Archives form (IARL), you can attach them directly to an e-mail and send them to archives@bonofilm.com
• If you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat you will be able to input information and save  a copy of all of our PDF forms. Please incorporate your last name or your company name into the file names to aid in identification.
