Bono's Hours... we have become Mail Order Only
Why?
Most of our clients these days are national or international clients. They communicate with us via email, research our services, fill out the order forms online, print them out and send their materials to us through a shipping service such as USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Similarly, clients ordering one of our special all inclusive filmstock-processing-transfer packages or archival material duplication from the National Archives correspond electronically and we are able to turnaround an order in a timely fashion. Hence, we have found that we can work efficiently and cost effectively with our "far flung" clients. The mail order workflow allows us to pace our day to be more productive. We appreciate the self-sufficiency and independence of our mail order clients and have concluded that we work best with these self-motivated clients. Unfortunately, in contrast,  many of our walk-in clients come unprepared and require a staff member to devote significant time educating the potential client and then formally taking in the job if an estimate is accepted. Even prepared walk-in orders require considerably more time for intake than projects that come in via mail. It is the result of human nature and social interaction. We find that we are less suited for the walk-in client method of delivery and have therefore decided to terminate the option. Personal delivery is not a necessity. Our clients in Fairbanks, Kanehoe, Abilene, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, New York, England and Ireland (to name a few destinations) prove the point on a daily basis. Given Washington DC traffic,  local clients should consider our decision as a bonus in disguise.

If you are a local client, we encourage you to use USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or UPS Ground.
Both are usually delivered next day.
