Job Opportunities

We are looking for problem solvers with a standard of excellence, an interest in the film & media post production environment, and an ability to maintain good cheer and exercise good judgment when the pressure is on.  If you prefer to have others think for you, DO NOT APPLY. Due to ever increasing commuter traffic congestion in the Metropolitan DC area, we will not hire prospective employees who live beyond a 15 - 20 mile radius of the lab. Therefore, candidates living outside the radius must be willing to re-locate.

As a post production company, we act as facilitators between production and the final stages of post production. We do not edit or "finish." We are responsible for processing motion picture film (all formats) and transferring film to video and duplicating video. The diversity of our clients and their varied material and needs are what we find interesting. We look for ways to perform our tasks efficiently and with excellence. Candidates looking for a long-term "niche" will receive immediate consideration.

Bono Film is a family-owned and run motion picture processing and post production lab founded in 1961. We are known for our customer service and standard of excellence. Our clients include government agencies, major archives, commercial producers,  universities,  and independent filmmakers. We believe in multi-tasking, drawing upon our employees' strengths, training, and growth within the company. Bono's is eager to hire honest, mature, self-motivated and self-disciplined individuals who want to make a long-term commitment and who will contribute to our exciting evolution. References will be thoroughly researched. We offer a smoke-free and drug-free work environment.
