Bono Film & Video Shipping Policies

Background: We have encountered an unbearable and quite frantic urge to have everything done yesterday. The insistence on overnight shipping is part of this tendency to rush. Clients often equate the offer of Overnight Shipping with Rush Service and therefore expect their job done sooner and want frequent status updates because they are paying more for shipping. We therefore discontinued overnight shipments with any courier service for any client over two years ago. We offer sane shipping through the USPS Priority Mail system and Ground via FedEx.  Overnight shippers have hooked much of the public on overnight delivery so they can profit more. And as the commercial rates keep escalating (with added fuel surcharges), the shippers are indeed benefiting. Some clients seem to thrive on the frantic self-induced hurry up mentality. Others are truly just plain eager to see their project.  We hope that you will see the cost effective wisdom behind our decision; it is for our survival and the survival of film.  Our shipping system works and gives us more time to devote to project completion.  To us, excellence and rush are incompatible. We urge you to plan ahead and coordinate with us where necessary so that together we can deliver the exceptional product for which we all strive.
