What's the SpamArrest process?

• When you e-mail any of our business email addresses for the first time, you will be receive an automatic email within five minutes from our SpamArrest account that will look like the following:

• As requested in the email, please click on the link to verify your existence. 
• Once you click on the link, a new page will appear (similar to the one pasted in below). You will be asked to type in the word that you see on the screen.
• Type in the displayed word in the "Enter Verification Code box," click the Verify button, and you are cleared or verified.

• A new dialogue box will appear confirming that you are now a verified customer.

• Since you may also have a spam filtering process, please make sure that our SpamArrest email does not wind up in your Spam Folder!
• This procedure takes less than a minute and will be effective for our business emails from bonolabs or bonofilm.
• Please note: if you ever change your email address, you will need to go through the process again.
